We have made deeply research in the requirements of the display system and key technologies, also have many unique in the design. Considering the advanced technology, reliability and special requirements of the outdoor screen display system, and to reach the international first-class level goal, we have to resolve the following technical key problems.

(1) Against Y correction

The luminous intensity of the CRT tube is proportional to the control siganl voltage, so the current video siganl source are all corrected. The led grey scale is controlled by the proportion of the light, its brightness and driving signal have the linear relation, the current video signal is after the correction, if we directly transmit the video signal used for the television to the LED screen, then it will cause the serious distortion of the led screen grey scale. So our company make against Y correction for the LED screen to eliminate distortion.

(2) Noise reduction processing

Due to the transmission medium brings noise and the quantization noise of the modulus conversion, whih greatly influenced the video display screen effect, we have to take some noise reduction processing measures. Our company use large-scale programmable integrated circuit developed the LED control system with the function of recursive and median filtering, which is better to improve the image viewing effect of the fullcolor video screen.

(3) Eliminate Mosaic phenomenon

a. Grading all the led chip as brightness, use the same grade led chip for the whole screen.

b. In the circuit designing, the double color brightness can be adjusted a little for a single module, the double color brightness can be adjusted by the software for the whole screen.

c. In order to ensure the consistency of the device parameter, all the components should be screened strictly.

d. The module smoothness and machining accuracy should be controlled strictly, pixel design and configuration should be positioned accurately.
